These Terms and Conditions shall apply to your use of this website and to all orders placed with, and any contracts entered into between you and W. Salamoon & Sons Limited (“W.Salamoon “, “we” “our” or “us”) whose registered office is 128 Ebury street, Belgravia , London SW1W 9QQ.
By placing any order with us you hereby accept that your order and any purchase made hereunder is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
DUTIES AND TAXES
UK orders are inclusive of VAT. USA,EU, Switzerland and Rest of the World – orders are exclusive of VAT Import duties are applied at checkout such as orders will be shipped duty paid.
Please note that W. Salamoon & Sons shall not be liable for any additional local sales taxes imposed.
OUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION PROMISE
We want you to be satisfied with our products and services. Except as set out in the Terms & Conditions, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 7 working days of delivery of your order and we will be happy to offer you either an exchange or full credit note minus any reasonable postage costs, providing the goods are returned in its original condition with the tag attached to each item to be returned and in the original packaging. Bespoke and engraved items: these pieces are Special Orders, which means that the item will be made or customized especially for you; because of this, these pieces of jewelry cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
PRICING, PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. Our prices are in UK£. If you purchase in another currency, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. We will not be liable for any currency exchange fees or credit card charges which you may suffer in connection with any order or purchase. We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods or services within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
RETURNING AN ITEM
Cooling off Period
(This policy applies to online purchases only.)
Customers have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of the order, and return the item(s) for a refund. Each piece, should be delivered back to us in it’s original packaging and condition , unworn and undamaged, with it’s individual tag still securely attached on.
Please note:
We do not offer a free returns policy. The customer is required to pay return postage charges. Insurance for returning items is strongly recommended as the customer is fully responsible for the item until it reaches W. Salamoon & Sons.
Undamaged and correctly returned items will be credited using the same payment card originally used by you on our website to pay for your purchase.
Pack the items back in the parcel and send it to: W.Salamoon & Sons , 30 Lowndes street , Belgravia , London SW1X 9HX .
Jewellery and goods purchased online cannot be exchanged at any of our boutique locations.
If there are any problems with your item (s) upon return , a member of customer services will contact you.
CONTRACT FOR SALE
The advertising of products on this site is an ‘invitation to treat’. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and W. Salamoon & Sons, so prices and stock availability won’t be contractually confirmed until you receive the ‘confirmation of order’ email dispatched once credit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by W. Salamoon & Sons on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of W. Salamoon & Sons will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of W. Salamoon & Sons.
RECEIPT OF ORDER
W. Salamoon & Sons must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorized and stock is checked, W. Salamoon & Sons will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records. W. Salamoon & Sons reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.
CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES
If you realize you made a mistake and want to cancel or alter your order, you can only do so if you contact us within 24 hours of making the order. Since we dispatch quickly it may not be possible to stop your order so in those instances please follow the instructions for ‘returning an item’.
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
We will issue you with an image of each item included in your purchase in its current condition before dispatch of your order. Please keep the image (s) for your reference. If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, delivering another item by way of an exchange, or applying a credit note. The faulty item will need to be returned to us by post to the returns address above.

If you are still worried about security over the Internet, then please contact us by phone.
All our gold jewellery is made with 18 carat gold. Due to the purity of the metal, please take into consideration that it would need to be treated with care. The diamonds and precious stones can both be damaged and scratched by sharp impact, so we advise you to be careful not to expose them to risk, which could result in their damage or loss. We would not be held responsible in this instance.
